Job Description
Camelot Meadows is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a virtual Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration and some administrative and clerical duties. Knowledge or background with the software 17 Hats is a huge plus. The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the owner and his staff.
Duties include:
- Send contracts and invoices to clients using 17 Hats platform
- Maintain office filing system
- Perform general clerical duties such as: copy, fax, scan, mail, etc.
- Provide assistance to the owner with personal projects such as website assistance, document creation, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as filing documents, answering phones, managing e-mail accounts, etc.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment while being a positive role model for other team members.
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Background in 17Hats
