Scope of Duties

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and programs - you must possess the info prospects and current customers need to help select the support that best serves them. Without a thorough understanding of what we offer, it’s impossible!
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty - this is the cornerstone to success in this role. You’ll also be reaching out via social media comments to customers and prospects, sharing your knowledge and assisting with needs.
  • Schedule quality prospects resulting in closed sales! Enough said.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM info on leads and prospects - organization and assigning following up tasks will result in happier customers and more conversions in the future.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed, such as report compilations, miscellaneous projects, and managing Emunah Strength workload and processes.
  • Analyze customer buying trends, providing feedback to leadership.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and various communication channels.
  • Achieve assigned monthly customer engagement targets with Erin & Sarit products as assigned by the Executive Team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required

  • High school diploma/GED plus 1 year of sales experience

Preferred

  • Previous experience with team members across multiple functional roles
  • Demonstrated Emunah Strength product and program knowledge

​​PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
  • Willingness to travel to occasional team events and trainings

Compensation Structure:

  • $300 per week pay plus 7.5% commission

KPIs

  • 1000 calls per month
  • 100 booked calls
  • Set-to-pitch - 75%
