We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing general information about our products and services, and handling returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
